What Do I Do If I Lose My Meal Card/Student ID?
Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you please contact the campus dining services office.
Are "Seconds" Allowed in Knight Hall?
You never have to be too shy to ask for seconds with our Campus Dining Program. Our generous policy allows for a second helping of many menu favorites. All you have to do is ask!
What Do I Do If I Have a Special Dietary Need?
Do you have particular dietary needs? Please let us know. Our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact our campus dining services office who will communicate you with our General Manager and our Chef who will be happy to accommodate any dietary needs.
Can I Take My Food Out Of Knight Hall?
Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
Are Meal Plans Transferable?
Remember that meal cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.
How Do I Check My Meal Account Balances?
Now you can view current account balances and transaction history for your dining accounts online
How Do I Purchase Additional Jimmie Bucks?
Jimmie Bucks are flexible dollars available for use at the Java Hut, the C-Store and the Knight Hall Dining Center. Additional Jimmie Bucks can be purchased throughout the semester as needed by visiting our online store or contacting General Manager Daniel Kucera
